I have having an issue similar to the one mentioned here : Project disappeared from renkulab.
However, I am re-posting it as the previous issue was marked as solved but the issue seems to persist in my case even after
- flushing all browser related cookies,
- from a private window and
- from a different browser.
Simply, all my Renku projects seem to have disappeared from the main Renkuab Dashboard but they remain visible from the Gitlab interface !

I suspect the problem has to do with the yellow banner that is visible in the second screenshot:
You should click on the “Activate your projects” link and follow the instructions to get your projects activated. I think that should fix your problem.

If I understand you right, you are saying that two “inactive kg projects” (out of a total of sixteen) are the cause of the whole problem

Renkulab gave an error for the private project (and asked me to reach out to you for help) and the other project seemed to be a stuck.
After refreshing the browser page however, everything looks fine now :

And indeed, all my projects now show up on https://renkulab.io/search?author=user !

Not exactly. RenkuLab is more restrictive about determining what projects are “Yours” than GitLab is, so it is not unusual to see a discrepancy between GitLab and RenkuLab’s numbers there.
It sounds like your problem has been fixed, but we do suspect that something is not working entirely correctly on renkulab.io, and we are investigating that.
