I have a couple of students that have an issue resuming their existing session, and are stuck on an infinite starting loop (see image).
The projects are forks of this main repository (hs24)[Reproducible Data Science | Open Research | Renku]
Is there any chance to recover these sessions?
Hi @lunactic. Unfortunately the maintenance and following outage resulted in the loss of some old sessions. We have backup systems in place to prevent these things. But it seems that we had some problems there as well. We will be working on fixing these problems going forward so that they do not repeat.
I apologize for the inconvenience. There is no way for me recover these sessions. The best thing is for your students to delete the stuck sessions and launch new ones.
