Renku save -m "add matrix_multiplication.py file" - deletes files

Running the following command deletes the files

renku save -m "add matrix_multiplication.py file"

and I receive an email saying the build failed.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Version of renku is: [0.63.0]

Just to be clearer. The matrix_multiplication.py file is deleted.

The requirements.txt file reverts to null bytes
