Dear all,
We (FHNW) give a workshop on September 3, 2024 at Swiss SKADays in Geneva (Swiss SKA Days 2024 (2-4 September 2024): Overview · SKAO Indico). The workshop is about radio astronomy simulations. We plan to use Renkulab to provide the participants with the necessary Jupyter notebooks. I wonder:
- Is there a limit on how many people can use a project? I reckon there will be 50 participants.
- I assume that some participants may have none of the three login providers. Is there an alternative way to login? Can we create a login for each participant in advance?
Thank you for your asssitance. It is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Andreas Wassmer

Hi @anawas , Could you please announce your workshop here ? Regarding the two questions that you pose:
- There is not any limit on the number of users who use a project (bear in mind that only those granted as owners or maintainers will be able to save changes). Therefore, I would recommend that you request each participant to fork the original project (if the intention is that each participant works independently).
- It would be great if the participants can already have an account either in ORCID, GitHub or eduID from their institution. As you can see in the link for GitHub, it is extremely easy for the participants to register in GitHub if they do not have any eduID account from their institution.
Do not doubt to contact us through hello@renku.io if you still have any question or need further support.
