We are very close the solve a problem we have encountered using RenkuLab.
We’re about one reply away from the solution.

Hello, No worries at all! I’m happy to help! I am not sure if I understand your question about group hierarchy; do you mean internal visibility? Also, how do you create these projects? Through UI using a pre-defined template? Are you using a custom template? Make sure that the readme file name is README.md and it is in the root of your repo. My name is Roli Christen, I’m from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and we are currently evaluation RenkuLab and want to introduce the service at our university.
I was at a training workshop with Andreas Bleuler on 22.09.2020 at our university. He could verify my identity. Or let me know, how I can verify my identity. We would love to continue, but are now stuck as we can’t reply.
