I am having an issue when viewing my lineage in renkulab, where I see each run I did on the same file as an extra block which is creating clutter.
How would I be able to just see the last run that I have done with each of the files involved?

That is indeed a mess! I think this is the problem that was identified here: Incorrect lineage · Issue #1198 · SwissDataScienceCenter/renku-ui · GitHub and fixed in this issue: Incorrect Lineage for a File · Issue #582 · SwissDataScienceCenter/renku-graph · GitHub.
We plan on updating Renkulab soon, and these fixes should be included as part of that update.
I am looking forward to it. Thank you for the swift response.
@Kriegelw Just wanted to let you know that we made an update to Renkulab last week, and the graph for this file looks much better now.
This is great, thank you!
@cramakri I have started a new project and used papermill to produce a graph. I repeated the command after fixing the graph output a couple of time and the same issue started to arise.
The duplicate at the bottom is from running the command with a previous graph still being there while the quadruplicate is the command by deleting the existing image before the run.
The link to the repository is here: Renku
Thanks for bringing this up. Though the way it presents itself looks similar, this is actually a different problem. I have created an issue for this, you can follow progress there:
