Dear all,
I am tracking a big project, the full data flow, with Renku. All was working nicely, and I could see beautifully the workflow (lineage? data flow?) growing in Renku UI. However, at some point, the lineage stopped appearing. For example, for one file I just finalized computing, I see this
What is more interesting is that, if I click on the upper right bottom (the one to change to the lineage view), it prompts this
But, I know that the workflow is nicely tracked as I can visualize it in the terminal
plus it appears in the Workflow section of Renku UI
I know this is not mega important, but part of the idea is to use the Renku possibilities, and I wanted to have the full project Workflow (lineage? Data flow?) created and visualizable to show it in the paper.

There are two issues here, which are unrelated. One is that switching from lineage view to contents messes up some information in the UI. Switching from file contents to lineage back to contents leads to a 404 · Issue #2571 · SwissDataScienceCenter/renku-ui · GitHub We will fix this ASAP.
But, that does not seem to be related to the problem visualizing the lineage in the UI. We are coordinating with the KG team to figure out what is happening in this project and will have a response when we know more.
Update
There is a bug in the processing of lineage that you are encountering here. The bug has been fixed, and the fix will be included with the next update to RenkuLab. So, you should be able to see the lineage in the UI for this project soon.
