Multiple Edu-ID authentication issues

I have multiple students facing a login issue that apparently persists since several days. For other students in the same class this error is not appearing. Can you provide assistance?

Those with issues see the following message:

Hi @pohleric I apologize for the inconvenience. I don’t know all the details but the reason this is taking longer is that we not only needed changes on our configuration, but also changes on the Edu-id side that go along with that. And the Edu-id changes are slower because we have no direct control over them.

Anyhow, I will reach out by email tomorrow. We can come up with a workaround for the students who are stuck. I believe what we can do is create regular logins for the users who are stuck so they can get to the same account without needing Edu-id.
