So, I was still trying to migrate until yesterday, but then my pc got some issues and I needed to restart. Now I decided to follow your suggestion, and re-do parts of the analyses.
I did now renku init and used the minimal template, to avoid that files (notebooks, data) would be removed. However, renku status still says that migration is necessary, are there any other things I need to do here for renku init with a new version?
