While trying to run “renku run file.ipynb” I encountered this error :
It occurred after a first error saying “permission to notebooks/theory.ipynb denied” which was solved using the chmod command.

Are you able to link us to the project you are having troubles with? Or perhaps add me to your project, in the case it is private. It doesn’t seem immediately clear as to why you are encountering this issue.

Hi Gavin,
It was a simple papermill error, I was trying to run a notebook with the renku command without using papermill (renku is brand new for me …). I got confused by the error, that’s why I looked in the wrong direction.
I close the issue,
