Renkulab-cuda-tf outdated

Hello,

Base renku docker images with tf compatible cuda at https://registry.hub.docker.com/r/renku/renkulab-cuda-tf/tags are rather outdated. Can you build and push an image with cudatoolkit=11.8 ?

@firat we stopped publishing the images that include cuda and tensorflow. But we do publish images that include cuda and then you can install tensorflow.

But even the images that we do publish (with cuda only) go up to 11.7.

I can open a PR to add 11.8.

Is it ok if you base your project on cuda-only image and install tensorflow yourself?

Firat here is the PR. But give me some time so that the CI jobs can finish and let me test the image out. Then I can publish a new set of images that will include CUDA 11.8.
