So at the end the problem was tied to the log size?
Yes, i think so. Too many commits, and not sure how big these commits are in size. I guess it could also relate to my home internet connection that is not super fast, plus a really big push of almost 10000 commits.
It would maybe be good for future renku migrates to be able to pause the migration. It took extremely long now and in the end it is difficult to push. If I could have paused it somewhere and pushed before, it would have been easier. Or something like a renku migrate --continue when it was done partially.
Indeed, it would be nice to be able to pause the migration in these cases. Please feel free to create an issue for this on our renku-python repo.
