I am the data outputs manager for the Human Developmental Biology Initiative (HDBI) based at the Babraham institute in Cambridge. I’m a biologist by training, my undergrad was in biochemistry & Genetics and became a bioinformatician getting a master in bioinformatics and doing a computational PhD on the epigenomics of ageing. I worked as a post-doc and bioinformatics core facility team member at CECAD where I developed downstream data analysis pipelines and exploratory visualisation tools in R using the {targets} pipeline manager and {Shiny} web app framework.
