Unable to connect to environment

Dear all, for the past weekend, people on our team have been unable to connect to a new environment (the connect button never arrives). When we shift to a new web browser (for me I had to abandon Chrome for Safari), it works no problem. Please have a look? Thanks!

thanks for posting this. Earlier today our cluster was full so we added more resources, it could be related to this, are you still experiencing the problem?
if so, could you please try a logout/login?

As a note for the future, when an environment can’t start you can get the logs (dropdown menu of the starting/failed environment). If the logs say something like ‘0 out of x resources available’ then it means that the cluster is fully occupied at the moment.
