# Session not starting - errors

I am trying to start this project: [Reproducible Data Science | Open Research | Renku](https://renkulab.io/p/eric.pohl/geoscience-unifr-py-renku2)

I get an error message that says “Error in my session” with the following logs:

Can someone help me?

Hi @pohleric ,

Unfortunately, Docker Hub and its registry are currently experiencing a [major outage](https://www.dockerstatus.com/pages/incident/533c6539221ae15e3f000031/68f5e1c741c825463df7486c) which means that RenkuLab cannot pull some container images required to launch sessions.

Once this incident is resolved on docker’s side, session should be back to normal.
