Dear all,

We (FHNW) give a workshop on September 3, 2024 at Swiss SKADays in Geneva ([Swiss SKA Days 2024 (2-4 September 2024): Overview · SKAO Indico](https://indico.skatelescope.org/event/1146/)). The workshop is about radio astronomy simulations. We plan to use Renkulab to provide the participants with the necessary Jupyter notebooks. I wonder:

1. Is there a limit on how many people can use a project? I reckon there will be 50 participants.
2. I assume that some participants may have none of the three login providers. Is there an alternative way to login? Can we create a login for each participant in advance?

Thank you for your asssitance. It is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Andreas Wassmer

Hi @anawas , Could you please announce your workshop [here](https://form.jotform.com/213221777284356) ? Regarding the two questions that you pose:

- There is not any limit on the number of users who use a project (bear in mind that only those granted as owners or maintainers will be able to save changes). Therefore, I would recommend that you request each participant to fork the original project (if the intention is that each participant works independently).
- It would be great if the participants can already have an account either in [ORCID](https://orcid.org/register), [GitHub](https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/start-your-journey/creating-an-account-on-github) or eduID from their institution. As you can see in the link for [GitHub](https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/start-your-journey/creating-an-account-on-github), it is extremely easy for the participants to register in GitHub if they do not have any eduID account from their institution.

Do not doubt to contact us through [hello@renku.io](mailto:hello@renku.io) if you still have any question or need further support.
